We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your return and issued your refund.
